Southern Vintage Co. is looking for passionate dealers who love vintage and antiques and understand today’s design trends—while honoring the past.
The ideal dealer:
✔ Has a strong eye for styling, staging, and visual storytelling
✔ Loves sourcing vintage and antique items
✔ Keeps their booth fresh, curated, and thoughtfully arranged
✔ Can work their booth at least once a week
✔ Enjoys being part of a creative, supportive dealer community
Lease & pricing details:
• 6-month lease
• $2.25 per square foot + 10% commission on sales
• We collect and pay all sales tax
• No business license or permit required
We are only accepting vintage and antique dealers at this time.

When a booth becomes available, we will review applications and contact potential dealers to schedule a time to view the space and discuss details and questions.
Vendor selections are based on several factors, including:
• The type of items you plan to sell
• Caps on certain product categories or styles
• Overall aesthetic and how your items complement the store
• Location and size of available booth(s)
• Social media presence and engagement
We receive applications year-round, but only a limited number of booths become available throughout the year. Curating a balanced mix of vendors is a thoughtful process, and we strive to make Southern Vintage Co. an enjoyable place for both our dealers and our customers.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee selection, nor does it obligate you to become a vendor. Due to a large number of applicants, it may be several months before you are contacted, if selected. Vendors are chosen based on the current needs of the store—not necessarily in the order applications are received.
