Become a Vendor

                                       Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer with Southern Vintage Co.                                                                                                                 

There is a 6 month lease. Rent is based on $2.25 a square foot plus 10% on all sales.

There are not a lot of restrictions on what is allowed in your booth. We love antiques, vintage, upcycled and 

handmade, however we do sell "modern" furniture and decor. We discourage dealers from selling items "

to just clean out the house". For help in determining what "we" call vintage, just ask! Our business license 

states that we are an antique store and we must sell 80% antique or collectible items and 20% all other. 

We are not a "retail second hand store".   

Having a booth at Southern Vintage Co. is equivalent to having a part time job. 

We recommend as a new dealer to give your booth at least 4-6 months to perform. 

We recommend that dealers "work" their booth at least once a week.     

 We collect and pay all sales tax. You do not need a business license 

                                                     or permit to have a booth at Southern Vintage Co.
