My name is Mindy Woodall and I am the owner of Southern Vintage Co. in Bartlett, TN. I am a proud mother to four kids, a wife and a business owner. I have always loved antiques, vintage, retro and repurposed. Which probably stemmed from being raised on PBS. Ha! We didn’t have cable when I was growing up!
In 2008 I started an Etsy vintage shop which sparked my passion to follow my heart and to open a brick & mortar. In March of 2014 a took a leap of faith and opened Southern Vintage Co. Six months later I left my corporate job and jumped in head first and never looked back.
In the past 5 years, we have expanded twice and now we have 12,000 square feet and over 85 vendors and consignors. I am proud to say that some of the original vendors are still with me.
Through this experience of owning my own business, I have found that you should never stop growing, changing and learning. The booth business is always changing and you have to keep up on what is selling and what is trending. This past June, I started the Booth Basics Insiders membership group. I coach new and seasoned dealers about learning and implementing the basics of running a successful booth business.

Southern Vintage Co. opened in March of 2014. We started out with 3,000 sq ft and around 35 dealers. By September 2014, we expanded to 6,000 sq ft and then in October of 2015 we settled into 12,000 sq ft. Now with over 100 dealers and a few consignors, we think we are the perfect size! Not too big and not too small!
What sets us apart from other antique stores would have to be our dealers. They all love Southern Vintage Co. as much as I do! They are truly creative geniuses that are committed each week to hunting down the best items for filling their booths. The dealers at Southern Vintage Co. are full of heart and support when it comes to helping me with any of the crazy ideas that come to my mind to make Southern Vintage Co. a wonderful, unique place to shop. Having a “Dealer Family” that is so committed to this business can be seen and enjoyed throughout Southern Vintage Co.
